I have the honour to forward for the

information of the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for

the Colonies, summaries of the number of Chinese who left and

arrived at this Port in the year 1902.

I must mention that the information

concerning those "arrived" is obtained from the Masters and

Agents of the various Steamers, and that there is no means of

checking the number in this Office.
